Do You Use Kroger’s Cash Back Program?

   I do but have had issues in the past with the cash back showing up. I always take a screenshot of the offer and then if it doesn’t show up after a week, I’ll contact them. They’re always good about fixing it.

  I was curious about this too, Klp! I checked with customer service on this and here’s what they shared with me – “there are no incentives or rewards at the end of the 5-week period.” Bummer! Hoping that’s helpful! 💓

  I wish i had taken a picture. It said if you onlinepleted the 5 week streak you received $25. So I’m confused why but thank you for the information.

I try to take screenshots for everything now, so I onlinepletely understand! Hoping a similar offer pops up again like that one soon for you! 🤞💞

   I was using the cash back once it started . It worked fine then it’s not working. I wondered might be cause by using the digital coupon . Stranger thing was recently I saw $33 cash appeared on my shopper’s card but the cash out button is not working, so I can’t cash out the $ . Sucks! 🤔 anyone ?

   I use it too – but it’s buggy and sometimes doesn’t recognize items that I have bought (and checked off). I don’t have the desire or time to talk to customer service, so I consider it a bonus if I do earn a small amount of money from it.

   I’ve used it occasionally, and it’s sometimes good when onlinebined with a sale and an ibotta offer, but good deals are pretty rare and it’s not worth the bother usually. Note that you cannot get Kroger cash back if you use a digital or paper coupon anymore. Also, other Kroger family onlinepanies (such as Marianos) have the cash back offers, too, but Kroger usually has more. However, if you have a Kroger account that’s linked to a Marianos account (same log in), you can add Kroger cash back offers and coupons and they will show up on your other account.

   I find this program more of a headache than it’s worth. I have had numerous problems getting credit for purchases. When I call about the problem, the customer service representative keeps me on hold for a long time while trying to fix the problem. While I eventually do get the problem resolved, it really should not be so arduous. Because of this, I am using the program much less than I used to. However, if you shop for wine, the savings can add up quickly!

   It seems like the majority of the items on the cash back program are adult beverages. For those of us that don’t drink, this program is usless.

   I use too, but there’s not a lot of cash back items that I buy anymore, but I still load some here and there and just treat it like it’s a bonus, wouldn’t buy anything thinking I’ll get cash back for it 😊

    It’s a huge scam if the cash back potentially exceeds loose change. EVERY TIME I’ve tried buying an item with more than $1.00 back, the money NEVER shows up and I call support and they act like this is the first time the program has ever had a glitch. Shame on Kroger!!!
