   I just got a sample but I had to go from this link and be logged out to get it. (and then log in once I click on this link)

  thank you, Amanda, this worked for me (after i thought i was not going to be able to get it when i tried logging in first)
  i used the login button that was ON the page right above the form, instead of the login from the upper right of the home screen to make it work
