This rotisserie is super easy to use and very easy to clean. I made gyro meat with it and it turned out pretty good, but I think I cooked it a bit too long- trial and error will get it right. The most important thing to me is that it was easy to use and clean. It did not heat up the kitchen and was very quiet. The center does not stop spinning when the door is opened, so keep that in mind!
This is INCREDIBLEEEE my husband and I just wanted to cook tacos al pastor and roast a ton of pork! This cooked it so well and they were the best tacos I’ve ever had! I wasn’t sure how well it would work because you can’t control the temp but you can control the speed of the spin which changes the temp too! It was so easy to clean, and setting it up was a piece of cake!!! I absolutely reonlinemend this!
