   Does anyone know if the delivery must happen today??

   The FAQ section says “a successful delivery must occur” but doesn’t specify today

   I just saw this & my Costco closes in 30 min- so I would have time to place an order but not receive it until tomorrow!

  At checkout they gave an option for delivery to be any day this week. You pick a 2 hour timeframe on which ever day.

   For this deal, they use Instacart who tacks on a few bucks to everything, so by the time you get to checkout and they add the tip for the Instacart driver, the $30 code is much closer to about $15. Still it’s better than nothing, but if it catches you off guard and is a little discouraging. For me, I decided I am just going to go to the store and get what I need without needing to spend $100.

   Anyone else have trouble with this deal? Hip Tip: Since Costco Same-Day uses Instacart for their deliveries, Costco members can purchase a $100 Instacart eGift Card for $79.99 to use as payment for even more savings! Costco would not allow my shopper to use this gift card. When I just reached out to Costco chat they said Instacart won’t allow them to use it at Costco. This is the weirdest thing. So basically I am now about $79 as they wont refund. I don’t use Instacart for anything but Costco Because it was denied by the cashier the shopper spent her own money and I venmo her when she arrived. That means they would also not accept the $30 off

  Hi Mer! Sorry for the troubles with the Hip Tip. I’m still seeing that Costco Same-Day is powered through Instacart. Were you able to add the Instacart gift card to your payment while placing your order? Also, this deal was valid through yesterday, 12/15 – not sure if you had tried this yesterday or today? 💗
