These decadent mini lemon cakes are sure to be hit in your house! They are made with lemon cake, lemon filling, lemon buttercream and topped with white chocolate curls – yum.
We sent Cam to Costco to try out this yummy-looking 6-pack and here’s what she thought:
Overall the cupcakes were pretty good! I would rate them an 8 out of 10. The frosting is very creamy, and there is some sort of a lemon tart crumble inside the cupcake and on top. It was a little too tart for me to eat the entire thing, but there is a nice balance of sweetness that balances the tart taste. I would definitely reonlinemend eating these cut in half. Also, they taste way better out of the refrigerator!
