I purchased this treadmill and so far it is a great machine. This came to my home for delivery in a H U G E box. Basically sitting on two side-by-side pallets. Be prepared for a lot to discard. That being said, though a bit awkward to put together, I found the directions simple. Just lay out all your parts beforehand. They each are clearly marked and the bolts and screws are also on cardboard and easily labeled. This is a strong unit and I so far am very happy with the unit!
