I bought this to make dosa and it works wonderfully. The plate responds well to the temperature gauge being increased or decreased. I would reonlinemend this product.
I love this! Works great, easy to clean. I did have to perfect my technique. The recipe said to use about 1/2 cup of batter. Definitely not enough for a 12 in crape. Once I started using more batter and perfected my flipping techniques, I was making perfect crepes!!
I love this thing! Not only a great crepe maker, which I love making but great for eggs, grilled sandwiches, and pancakes as well. I have one at home and one on my boat. Love it on the boat because of its ease of use and cleaning. The nonstick surface can be cleaned with a wipe or a damp paper towel. Bought one for a friend as well. Really is a great product.
