   I have been using melatonin for the last year. But I have seen more and more articles lately about how bad it is. It is only meant to be used for short periods of time at a very small dose. Like to help with jet lag. And should not be used on children unless you have consulted with their pediatrician. Please do some research and talk to your doctor first. I am giving up my melatonin.

   Painteddreams13 Yes!!! I used this on one kid and yes they fell asleep faster but during the day they were horribly hyperactive and unable to control themselves. Tried it at the same time on another kid and my youngest experienced night terrors so bad we were up all night and consulting with three doctors. They all said NO melatonin bc it can cause night terrors kids cannot wake out of for hours. Parents be aware and talk to your Dr first.
