   I know this is probably a dumb question but I couldn’t find the answer. Does anyone know if the PC/Mac download from Amazon would work on a Samsung Chromebook? Thank you in advance for any help you might be able to provide!

  Hi Sammie! I did a search for this and here’s what I found if helpful – Based on the system requirements listed on Amazon, the TurboTax PC/Mac download is not directly onlinepatible with Chrome OS on a Samsung Chromebook. Here are a few key points about running TurboTax on a Chromebook:
  – The TurboTax download requires Windows 7 or later, or macOS 10.15 Catalina or later. Chrome OS is a different operating system not natively supported.
  – However, some newer Samsung Chromebook models with Intel processors can run Linux apps and may be able to run TurboTax through the Linux container if enabled.

  Hi Chrissy! You won’t need to apply for the Amazon card, the gift card will automatically be added when you add the software to your cart!
