Hallmark’s new Sign & Send service makes it easy to connect with anyone no matter where they are and you don’t even have to leave home. With the holidays here, there’s no better time to let someone know you’re thinking of them.

Here are the top 5 reasons why Hallmark’s new Sign & Send service is the new best way to send cards:

1. Each card is still personal & meaningful.

Sending paper cards is a timeless gesture that makes everyone feel happier and more connected to their loved ones. Hallmark is changing the industry with their new Sign & Send service which makes connecting with all your people easier than ever. In fact, you don’t even have to leave home!

From your phone to their mailbox – that’s how easy it is!

Plus, you get to personalize a real Hallmark card from your phone with your very own handwritten message, and Hallmark will stamp and mail it for you! 🤩

2. You’re shopping the same collection as what’s in the store.

When you choose Hallmark’s new Sign & Send service for your perfect card, you’re not sending just any old eCard. Instead, you’re shopping from the same exact selection of paper cards as what’s in the store and the best part is you don’t have to leave home!

I actually found this to be so much easier than being overwhelmed by the card selection in store as I could filter through the designs online. I found just what I was looking for in a few minutes!

3. It’s incredibly quick & easy.

After you pick out the perfect card for your recipient, customizing it couldn’t be easier. Simply write out your personalized message on a blank sheet of paper (any scrap paper will do too) and snap a picture of it to put it on your card.

It will prompt you where to put your message and you can even crop and rotate it in any direction giving it the appearance you physically wrote it yourself. Best of all, there was even an additional place to add my handwriting so I could put my recipients’ names at the top of my message.

4. There’s no limit to what you can send.

Choose from hundreds of options – just like you would in the store and you’re well on your way to spreading joy for the perfect occasion, or just because.

5. You can send your first one totally FREE!

This turned out amazing! Gave my best friend the card and she didn’t believe it wasn’t handwritten…I took a picture of my own writing! Incredible technology and free!!!

    • Sara (Hip Sidekick)

I’m so thrilled to hear how well yours turned out, Patti! I can’t wait for my parents to get theirs. 🙂 Plus, ya just can’t beat FREE!

  2. jean

Hi. Is this the same code from a month or so ago??

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Yes. This has been valid for a while. It has a limit of 1.

  3. Stephanie

It says we’re sorry this promo code has expired

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

This is still working for me! Maybe try once more in a different browser OR be sure you are selecting a sign & send card. Hoping that helps!

  4. Ruffinette

Yes! I think I mentioned this before but one of the things my mom is so happy to have right now is all of the many, many writings my brother had. She is especially glad to have his signature preserved, like it’s a piece of him that proves he really was here. Sometimes it feels like maybe he was never even real so having that signature can keep her grounded. I was still socially isolating over the spring and summer (except of course for my brother’s funeral) so I didn’t want to get out and buy her a birthday card. Hip2Save had shared a promo identical to this one and I thought it was a good way to both avoid exposing myself to the virus AND making sure my mom had a physical copy of my signature which is so very important to her right now. So glad to see this promo is back! I think I’ll mail my Papa a card.

    • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

I do remember you, Ruffinette! I am really sorry to hear about your brother. Reading your onlinement makes me think of this post we did on preserving handwritten notes on canvas. This may make a good gift with your brother’s handwriting (or yours) for your mom this year. You can see that post here: https://hip2save.online/tips/photo-canvas-from-notes-quotes/

      • Ruffinette

That’s really awesome and is a perfect gift for her for Christmas! Thank you for the suggestion! I think I’m gonna ask my little sisters to secretly snap a photo of Bubba’s signature so mom doesn’t know what we’re up to.

I had one of her mom’s (my Nana’s) handwritten recipes printed on a tea towel for her and it was a huge hit! I love all the special ways we have of preserving our memories these days.

        • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

I love the idea about the tea towel!!! You just gave me a great idea. Thanks, Ruffinette and good luck on getting Bubba’s signature.

          • Ruffinette

One of my friends had her a handwritten family recipe etched into a cutting board and it was absolutely gorgeous – just tossing another idea at you!

            • Ruffinette

              -her* >.<

            • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

              Thank you so much!

      • dealzgurl

I recently looked up and saved the post about handwritten notes on canvas. I want to do that for my brother with notes my mom wrote. She would put scripture on post-it’s and hang them everywhere because she was an avid Bible reader. I thought that would be a nice personalized gift for him.

  5. Jlinsey

A friend of mine husband died last month and I sent her one of these. Very easy and looked personable with different fonts. It would have taken me days to get one, fill it out, get stamps and remember to mail it. I love this option.

    • Ruffinette

I’m sorry for your, and your friend’s, loss. This has been an insane year and a lot of us have lost people we love. I can’t speak for your friend but I will say that receiving condolence cards through the mail brought me a little bit of peace. I hope you reaching out gave your friend some peace, too.

      • Jlinsey14

I’m very sorry for your loss too my Hip2Save Friend. 💕

  7. Maggie

I used this offer after seeing one of your previous posts and wanted to onlinee back and thank you. I left the card blank (I put a blank space in the editable fields) and sent it to myself so I could hand deliver it and it’s just the most gorgeous card. Thank you, thank you!

    • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

      That’s a smart idea, Maggie!

    • alexandra

      Which card did you choose?

      • Maggie

So sorry for the delay, Alexandra, but if there’s any chance you’ll see this, I chose the “My <3 is wherever you are” card. It’s beautifully embroidered and is just lovely!

  8. Durinda Wilkinson

Says code not valid or it has expired. I have tried ALL day!

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

DARN! I’m still able to grab this at checkout. Maybe try a different browser. I had success using Chrome. Hoping that might work better for you!

    • C

Just got one, the code worked for me (don’t forget you have to be signed into your hallmark rewards account)

  9. D Lynn

Thank you. Sent a $8.99 card for free with my handwritten name. This service is great.

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

      You’re very welonlinee!

  10. Sandy Halchishak

I sent my husband a bee-utiful anniversary card a few months ago using this service. So quick and easy. He is used to getting something handmade, but he enjoyed this beauty too!

  11. Chris

I onlinepleted the card but can’t hit “continue”. It is a gray area. I could choose back. What is the problem?

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Hmm, maybe double check that you have onlinepleted all areas necessary to continue to the next step OR go back and try once more. You could also try switching browsers to see if that might do the trick. Hoping you can get through soon!

  12. MaaMaaBear

It is stating the code is expired!

    • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

Is this your first time using it? It’s for first-time orders of the Sign & Send cards.

  13. Ashley Morosky

Finally got a chance to try this code/service this morning! Sent my Grandma a handwritten hard, which will be so special since I recently moved out of state. It worked great, but it took me a few tries to get my message the right size for the card I selected. Just a little tip, make sure you are writing pretty close to the edge of the paper (but still leaving some white space), and don’t make it too long. You can crop it, but if the pre-printed message of the card is really long, you will have less space than you think you will. Thanks for the code Hip2Save!
