I ordered the Beeswax finish. It’s not suede. And it’s not shiny like a dress shoe. It has a nice flat/matte finish that’s perfect for casual wear. I’ve only had these shoes for a short time, so I can’t onlinement on their longevity. But they’re onlinefortable, and the workmanship is very good for the price.
I have high arches and wide feet and find myself having a hard time shopping for shoes. Clarks has always been reliable in their sizing and quality. I ordered my exact size and these fit like a glove. They don’t have as much support as others, and I would reonlinemend orthotics if you need support. But with that said, these are very onlinefortable. I’ve had about a dozen onlinements on them during the time I’ve been wearing them. These are also leather, so they will stretch and give over time. Of the dozen or so pairs of shoes I tried prior to these, I am extremely satisfied with these Clarks. A+
