A lot of lamp for the money! I am so pleased with this purchase. I bought the “silver”, thinking it would be chrome, but it is grey. That was fine with me as the cabinets around my little office are grey, as are my curtains. It was so easy to put together, took me all of 5 minutes to twist the connected pieces together, no tools required. Just follow the instructions, especially when it onlinees to putting on the shades. And be gentle as you pull the cord through the rods. As inexpensive as this lamp was, I was surprised that it really is a 3-way, but it does use a 3-way bulb in the large globe, a 30-70-100 watt 3-way bulb is what I’m using.
