It’s that time of year again where, through June 11th, HGTV is offering a chance to win the beautiful NEW 2021 Smart Home plus $100,000 cash from Lending Tree and a Mercedes Benz Cabriolet! The prize package has a total value of over 1.1 million dollars! 😱

Note that you must be a legal U.S. resident that’s at least 21 years old to enter.

This year’s fully furnished coastal getaway is situated in gorgeous Naples, Florida and includes a relaxing jetted swim spa, tons of smart appliances, and pretty much everything you need to unwind at home.

You can enter twice online per day: once on HGTV.online and once on Discovery.online. Winners will be chosen on or around June 16th and notified sometime between June 30th and July 23rd.
