   Does Walgreens allow coupons on free items? I thought their policy was weird about using coupons on a “free” item.

  No they don’t. This is copied from their coupon policy available on their help page.
  Coupons may not be applied against any free item received in any offer (See 7 above). Rule 7 says. Walgreens will not accept coupons that exceed the selling price of an item and no cash back is ever provided in exchange for any coupons.

  No, you can’t. In the scenario above, you only use one coupon for the full-price item. The free items do not have coupons attached to them.

  Hi Jennifer I think the confusion onlinees in that the final price $6.99 – $1 coupon is $5.99 and not $3.99. I could very well be missing a piece of information or misreading things though. It is a great deal either way. It’s good detergent.

   The ones on clearance did not work last time because if you buy one at 6.99$ then only the others two gets free
