   Be aware that many salons have added a “Covid/sanitation” fee. I think they average about $3. I’m not a fan of the fee but I understand it. Plus I’m sure the stylist (is that the right term) earnings are decreased due to the longer than usual turnover rate between clients because of pandemic protocols

  The fine print says “limit one coupon per customer” – I think each of you should qualify as a customer.

  It appears to be for any haircut. You can always call in to your location to be sure on how they may honor it.

   Hopefully you have a Great Clips with stable staffing in place. I finally had to stop using ours.
   First several trips, the same stylist was there, all was great. She did a great job.
   Next trip, about 3 months later, stylist was gone, replaced by someone else (it was after salons were allowed to re-open, so I figured she probably had to find another job during the closure). New stylist did an ok job.
   Next month, yet another new stylist, who didn’t do what I wanted with my hair, cut it way too short and I couldn’t go anywhere without a hat for a few weeks while my bangs grew out.
   Next month, decided to give them one more shot, hoping that same stylist wasn’t there, and got yet another new stylist. In one haircut, she thinned the back of my hair so much that my scalp was visible, didn’t cut around my ears at all, but managed to cut my ear with the scissors, and literally didn’t touch my hair while cutting it – just went at it with the scissors. She never checked the length when she was done or did any sort of measurement to make sure it was right. I actually had to try to fix it myself at home, it was so bad. There was nothing I could do about the back until it grew out.

   I think I gave them enough chances. If you get a Great Clips *without* high staff turnover, stick with them. I just had such a bad experience with ours that I’ll never go back.
