wow cute but kinda pricey for a pineapple

  2. Emily

I have to talk myself out of this. It’s so pretty, but so expensive for a fruit.

  3. Erika V

I would love to try one but not for $50. I had to pass on that price.

  4. ToriSC

    It just looks wrong!

  5. Kathleen

I’m wondering if it’s GMO or naturally hybridized?

    • Bonnie

It is GMO. How do you think the lycopene got in there? 🙂

I wondered the same thing and checked Del Monte’s web site, which doesn’t specify, but a little more searching got me the answer. Fine for people who don’t mind, but I wish the onlinepany was more upfront about it.

      It is rather pretty, anyway!

  6. Melissa

No. It looks like ham lol

    • iamkris10

that is EXACTLY what i thought. i guess it’d be fine for an April Fool’s prank or something.

    • Sindhu

Totally!! looks like meat rather than sweet (pineapple) especially when cut in circles. Other cuts are looking better (like watermelon) but either ways, first I won’t buy it, 2nd in case I have to buy I won’t spend more than what a normal pineapple costs.

    • mrswagley

I didn’t like the look either. Lol

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

LOL! I was thinking the same thing!

  7. growingbhoomi

    NEVER

  8. Mommyx6

    No gross! GMO?

  9. Emi

I saw it on tv this morning. They cut it and it was totally pink! They said it tasted sweet but not crazy sweet. I like onlinepanies that keep innovating, and this is a unique way for a pineapple to be different. I love pineapple but this one is too expensive for me
