FYI, Costco will give you the difference if you bring your receipt with 14 days. (I’ve done this a couple of times now.)
One time, we actually got a check in the mail for an item we bought days before it went on sale.

We had some flap-tie garbage bags that made us absolutely MISERABLE because the bag kept falling in. I got these rubber bands from amazon, Alliance Rubber Big Rubber Bands, $2.18 (https://www.amazon.online/Alliance-Rubber-7-Inch-8-Inch-00700/dp/B003QX65W0/) and I think we’ll never go back now because we can use them over and over!
