Heading to ALDI?

If so, be on the lookout for a bunch of yummy food items, including these new flavors of Mama Cozzi’s Pizza!

For just $3.99, you can try out the new Gyro Pizza, made with creme fraiche sauce, cooked pulled pork, feta cheese, sauteed white onions, black olives, and marinated banana peppers on a yummy pizza crust.

You can also snag the new Cuban Brand Pizza which is made with creme fraiche sauce, mustard, mozzarella and Emmental cheeses, Canadian bacon, cooked bacon, marinated banana peppers, and fried bacon. YUM!

I loved the Cuban Brand Pizza. They used banana peppers instead of pickles. The banana peppers really enhanced the flavor. I did not try the Gyro one.

I bought the Cuban Brand Pizza this morning. It kind of reminded me of a Baked Italian Hoagie because of the Peppers. Couldn’t find the Bacon Strips, but for $3.99 it was a nice diversion from a regular pizza.

The gyro pizza sounds delicious, but not as tasty as I had hoped. Didn’t taste anything like a gyro, just a bland taste of crust.
