Now through June 12th, head on over here to enter the HGTV 2020 Smart Home Sweepstakes for a chance to win the 2020 HGTV Dream Home located outside of Pittsburgh, PA, plus a 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLB and a $100,000 cash prize from Lending Tree. YES, please!

You can enter twice online per day: once on HGTV.online and once on DIYNetwork.online. Winners will be chosen on or around June 19 and notified sometime between June 26 and July 13.

Yes, I worked on Kiawah Island where one of the HGTV dream home of 2013 was given away. I put on the event for the winning family when HGTV presented them the keys. They had 4 kids, acted like a regular middle class family. It seemed pretty legit to me.

Are you trying to get less people to enter or something? 😂 There has not been a winner yet for 2020. If you don’t trust this link, go to the hgtv website, it’s the same thing. This is legit.

No…you are wrong. The recent winner was for HGTV DREAM HOUSE. This is HGTV SMART HOUSE. This is legitimate. They are 2 different HGTV homes.

Keep in mind that if you win, you have to pay taxes on the total value of the prizes. The house, car, and cash.

That’s why if I ever win, I’d take the cash prize instead. Most people end up doing that bc the taxes are too much. Remember, you have to pay the property taxes EVERY year, not just once.

This is a true legitimate HGTV/DIY Network contest. The winner was for the Dream Home. That is a separate contest that ran Dec-Feb. Good Luck.
