I say this every time but I LOVE my Chacos. I have had my favorite pair for 12 years and the straps are barely starting to wear out. They are my go-to summer sandals.
I think they run true to size. I wear a 9 in Converse and Sperry and can wear a 9 in Chacos, but get a 10 because my toes are closer to the edge than I prefer when wearing sandals. Just a matter of preference.
Best sandals! I have had a pair for a little over a year. They hold up well, are supportive and have a great sole for hiking. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money for causal sandals that really wouldn’t get much use and I did get them on sale, but to my surprise, I love them so much I wear them a lot more than my flip flops!!
If you are outdoorsy and hike, kayak, boat, etc. they really are wonderful. I wouldn’t wear them on a seriously long hike but shorter hikes, when water is involved, walking the dog, etc they are very onlinefortable.
Never in a million years did I ever think I would pay this kind of money for sandals, but when I got a pair as a gift it was clear why! These, by far, are the best, most onlinefortable, and longest wearing summer shoes I’ve ever owned! I live on a lake so they get a ton of use as well as having chickens!
When they get a little grimy, a soft kitchen brush and mild soap make them look brand new!
