I live in the country. We have 3 acres and my neighbors have from 5-10 acres. I asked them if we could berry hunt. They said they didn’t care. So we go for hikes all over and pick berries and bring them home and freeze them. We always have berries but then our bellies are always full to when we get home. Delicious. No pesticides included. LOL

How cool! Awesome that you can go on a fun walk and grab some free and delicious berries! 😋 What a great neighbor! 🥰

memories….we have a bit of the honeysuckle left, a few blackberry vines I think and lovely daffodils every year here in the country on the family’s 9 wooded acres from generations and generations, we had fun little adventures each year, it’s nice to have a little variety in life, live on some acres, in an apartment, in a dorm, on a small lot, just variety, variety is the spice of life huh, think it helps us to be more wellrounded and accepting of variety and to enjoy change and every moment, bloom where you are until you’re somewhere else, then bloom there

Savings even if it is a little roadtrip, carpool! I remember going with my nana and aunt to the farms that grew fresh greens, we’d go thru all kinds of back/sideroads to get to these great farms and end up with the best produce!
