   I got the free item for last week but for some reason this week free item was NOT in my cvs account on the app. Called and was told not everyone had it but I don’t believe that

  I could not find it at first. Then I selected “sort and refine” and requested “newest first” and there it is, right on top. Try that.

   The CVS closest to me never seems to have the free items on the week it is free. Like last week, they were out of the nail clippers that qualified. Sometimes they don’t even carry the item that is free, like my free birthday nail polish. So today I happened to be a different CVS while running errands and ran in and got my free candy with no issues:)

   Sometimes they have the free items in the front end at my cvs 😉 I got both so far.

   Help! My presumably old phone is “not onlinepatible” with the CVS app for android, can I not able to use my CVS keyring card instead to get the freebies? I missed the nail clipper deal last week.

   I always see the free item in the app, and click on it to get the green check mark. When I go to check out and scan the code, the free item never onlinees off. No idea why. The manager adjusts the price for me to a penny because that’s the only way he can figure to adjust it.

   I am so disgusted going to CVS for the WEEKLY FREE ITEM THEY ADVERTISE AND THEY NEVER HAVE IT! There don’t give rainchecks on the free items. I called corporate and got no real answer, they just keep.passing the problem around. The price of gas is high and my time is worth money so I will no longer be a CVS shopper!
