This mesh system does wonders to boost your internet signal, and it’s really easy to set up. Plus, you can hop onto the Google Home app and control everything related to your internet including screen time, passwords, smart home features, and more. It ties in really well with Google Nest products but works well in any home that needs an internet boost.
This home Wi-Fi system includes three Wi-Fi points which provides a total of 4,500 square feet with Wi-Fi coverage. You’ll connect one of these routers directly to your router and it beonlinees your hub, then place the other routers to rooms around the house to extend your service. These routers bounce off each other to boost your Wi-Fi and work best if you keep them about two rooms apart.
To give you an idea about how well this mesh system works, I have four of these routers in my home. All four are on the lower level of my 2-story home which is almost 3,000 square feet. It gives perfect coverage within our home, both upstairs and downstairs.
With the four we have set up, our Wi-Fi also now extends well out to our backyard so we can play streaming music while we’re hanging outdoors with no issues. My husband is also now able to get uninterrupted connection in his man-cave which is about 100 feet from our garage. To top that off, my in-laws who live next door piggy-back on our internet service. We live on acre lots so that’s quite a distance to cover, but these routers make it happen. For those that want real data, I get 219 Mbps download speeds and 10 Mbps upload speeds on average.
