   In general a RR is a manufacturer’s coupon and is treated as such. There are some exceptions so read the fine print on the RR.
   Keep in mind that you can’t have more coupons and RRs than you do items. There is no overage and no cash back so in the above deal you could not use another $5 RR for payment. If you look at Hip2Save’s excellent guide on couponing at Walgreens there are very clear instructions on using RRs.
