Sabra Hummus Recalled in 16 States Due to Salmonella Concerns

The Sabra Dipping onlinepany, which makes Sabra hummus, has issued a voluntary recall of its Classic Hummus.
The recall is limited to about 2,100 cases of its 10oz Classic Hummus, which was potentially contaminated with Salmonella. This was discovered by a routine screen of a single tub of product.
The recalled product was distributed and sold in 16 states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Indiana, Mississippi, Maine, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, New Jersey, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin. They have a UPC code of 300067 and an expiration date of April 26th.
