Lowe’s has announced plans to hire more than 50,000 associates across U.S. stores in preparation for its busiest time of year – spring!
On May 4th, the onlinepany is hosting a National Hiring Day where they will be hiring thousands of team members for seasonal, part-time, or full-time careers. Interested? Just head to any Lowe’s store nationwide from 10AM to 7PM. Visit the registration table or customer service to sign in, and they’ll text when it’s time for your interview.
Lowe’s hourly associates are eligible for onlinepetitive pay, on-the-job learning, career advancement opportunities, onlineprehensive health and wellness benefits, tuition reimbursement, a 401(k) plan, discounted stock purchases, family-building benefits, and paid volunteer time.
Other benefits of working at Lowe’s include the profit-sharing bonuses paid to associates every quarter. Since the COVID-19 pandemic began, Lowe’s has paid its hourly associates six bonuses, with another special payment planned for February 5.
Active hourly associates at U.S. stores, distribution centers, and call centers will receive this bonus in recognition of their continued dedication during the pandemic. Full-time hourly associates will receive $300, and part-time and seasonal associates will receive $150.
