  I was able to get back on the mailing list when I mentioned to an employee that I had been deleted when we spent 3 months in California when our last grandchild was born and had our mail forwarded. He used his phone and I gave him my information. Now I regularly receive the mailers.

   Yesterday at the store I went to purchase one of the Aromatherapy items. The clerk said sorry, all aromatherapy items are excluded from the free gifts. I turned the coupon over and said there is nothing on here that says that. The sale went through no problem. Make sure this doesn’t happen to you!

  Was the aromatherapy sticker price on the bottom over $14.50? If not, ask for a manager.

  I got a free aromatherapy body wash ($13.50) yesterday with no problem. I’m sorry that happened to you, maybe try a different store.

  I wanted their wallflower for $14.50. Nope! Had to be a body care item so they claimed. So my candle became a lotion for my daughter. Bummer! They would have eventually made their money back in refills!

   Remember that free item is limited to items with a regular retail price of $14.50. So a 3 wick candle would not qualify even when sale price is less than $14.50.

   Regarding the mailing list, we just received the new mailer after not receiving any B&BW mailers for the past 2+ years.
