Spices Recalled Due to Salmonella | The Spice Hunter, Great Value & More Brands

Sauer Brands Inc. and Red Monkey Foods have recently recalled many of their spice varieties for possible contamination of Salmonella. Although the raw materials tested negative, suppliers notified them of Salmonella found in some lots of organic parsley.
Specifically, check for parsley and Herbes de Provence in clear, glass jars by The Spice Hunter, Great Value, O Organics, Full Circle, and Cost Plus World Market brands. Other spices that could be contaminated include organic cinnamon, Madagascar cloves, gourmet sesame seeds, and more.
These products were sold throughout the country in stores and online, and should be tossed or returned if you have a container with one of the following codes:
