Disney’s Hocus Pocus Cast to Reunite for a Virtual Halloween Celebration
Spend Halloween Eve with the Sanderson Sisters!
The original cast of Hocus Pocus will be reuniting for a virtual event on October 30th, and you’re invited to join them. In Search of the Sanderson Sisters: A Hocus Pocus Hulaween Takeover is being called “the hottest pandemic-safe Halloween event of the year,” and Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimy will all be in attendance!
Proceeds from the one-hour event will benefit the New York Restoration Project, which was founded by Bette Midler (the actress who played Winnie Sanderson). NYRP is a non-profit organization that has been planting trees, renovating gardens, restoring parks, and transforming open spaces throughout New York City’s five boroughs since 1995.
Hulaween is NYRP’s annual fundraising gala, but this year the event will be held online due to the coronavirus pandemic. It will air as a one-time showing at 8PM ET on October 30, and it will not be broadcast again after the scheduled date and time. The only way to watch this event is to purchase a ticket for $10. Your personalized access link will be emailed to you in advance of the event.
You can also support NYRP with the purchase of Hocus Pocus-themed merchandise from the organization’s website, or make a larger donation from $650 to $70,000 to receive one of the additional benefits packages. These include perks like having your name included in the Hulaween parody during the broadcast or tickets for 12 to a live event in 2021.
