      Did you receive the items? I received only one blanket and they said it was never a 10 pack and i didnt take a picture so i dont have proof. basically they are saying im lying and it was never a 10 pack.

          I am so angry that they are making it seem like I am just wrong and Im just crazy, they wont own up t the fact that they did post it. they keep telling me they never edited the ad. it really angers me they would take this stance. wayfair is pure trash i am on twitter calling out all their corporates executives. Im about to go on a rampage on them.

      Did you receive this? Wayfair only shipped 1 and telling me there was not a set of 10 deal despite having an email from them shipping set of 10. Only 1 arrived

    I’m still waiting for mine. Said it would be here September 30th. No tracking has ever updated just says shipping info sent to Fedex. And now I’m hoping it’s 10. As people say they are only getting one and my shipment weight said 1lb….

          Wow! Yeah I just got off phone with Wayfair. The lady did say it’s only for ONE blanket and I can’t cancel it cause on their end it shipped….September 24th! but FEDEX has never gotten it….SO I guess I have to dispute with bank now….

            I will say it’s shady they changed the description because the representative I spoke to on the phone acted like she didn’t believe me when I said it was originally suppose to be 10 blankets.

    After talking to Wayfair back and forth about not receiving my item Wayfair said they item description was incorrect and cancelled. I’ll get my money back in 5 days. They have taken my money and held it for 17 days plus 5 more days for refund. 😡

    Yep I’m ticked too. One blanket for this price isno deal. That’s why I never order from wayfair. Hip2save any help? These orders should be tied to your link. And I still have receive the order before I can return it, and its sitting in their warehouse

    Same story. I paid $43.16 & it says it shipped on 9/24, but only says label created, no tracking #. They also changed the quantity to 1. This was definitely a scam. I hope we can get our money back!

    Just got off the phone with Wayfair for the THIRD TIME! They said it shipped but never did, they cancelled because of “inaccurate information on the web site”. They are happy to refund my money in 10-15 days!!! This is the second fail with purchasing at Wayfair. Won’t be looking at their website again!

    They are refunding my $$. Mine was never shipped. And it was a “mistake.” One blanket, in spite of my order saying that it was for 10.

    I hadn’t received mine either. Glad I came back to check the onlinements. It was a mistake listing. I did the help chat through their website and the refund was very easy. Sometimes, when it seems to be too good to be true, it usually is. Thank you H2S team for all that you do. Bound to have a dud once in a while.

    So glad I came back to the onlinements after it never came. Mine was switched to 1 as well and never came. They gave me a full refund with a phone call. At first when I said it never came, she said she would put a ticket in but when I explained that it was supposed to be 10 and was switched to 1 she gave me a full refund right away.

    Ugghhh…this is the LAST time I will ever order from Wayfair. Same thing happened to me as described in the previous onlinements: Ordered 10 blankets, they were “lost” in transit, contacted Wayfair and they are sending ONE blanket. I asked that they send 10 or cancel my order and since ONE has been shipped they will not cancel/refund my order. So now I guess I will go through the hassle of returning the blanket and tell everyone I know NOT to order from Wayfair.

    Just got my 1 blanket in mail after original was “lost” in transit. There is no way the blanket is worth $40. It is a $5 blanket. They are not honoring the 10 (even though I still have email showing 10). This was first and last time using wayfair. Glad I found out about their shady practices before buying the $1000 platform bed.

    I just filed a credit card dispute because of Wayfair deceptive practices. They told me their terms and conditions state they are allowed to change a quantity after order is placed! How is this allowed? As others stated the blanket was lost then I received one and not ten. Had disappointing experience with Wayfair in the past and have learned my lesson. Will not be ordering from them again.

    I also have had the same experience involving these blankets but they are refunding me and making it right! It’s a typo on wayfairs end , mistakes happen and I am grateful for our hip 2save team who works diligently to bring us awesome deals!! Thank you !!

      Lucky! They wouldn’t refund me and said it was within their terms to change quantities after an order was placed and not notify me! I guess it’s all who you get in customer service. American Express refunded me immediately and is now taking on the dispute with Wayfair.

    It really angers me that they keep denying it was ever 10 to me. To me they are bold face liars who bait and switch people. Its degusting they keep telling me I read it wrong and that the ad was never altered. it just angers me they keep accusing me of lying or being wrong.
