This BPA-free water bottle is available in seven colors, and has a stainless steel base keeping it from breaking when dropped. The stainless steel lid screws on snugly and features a silicone ring to stop leaks.

These are not only food-safe but a great value at only $1 each, so you can pick up one for everyone in your house. These would go great in a gift basket, too.

A friend of mine picked up a bunch of these for $.50 each on clearance last year for me. They weren’t the highest quality, but our plan was to use them to fill candy from a candy bar at my daughters 8th grade graduation party. Since graduation got postponed until August, we ended up filling them ourselves with Tootsie Rolls and adding cute hang tags with graduation cap stickers and curling ribbons of her school colors. Since I had the card stock and ribbon, the total cost of the bottles, tootsie rolls and stickers came to about $2 each. They looked great without a lot of effort and I didn’t have to spend a lot for a favor as a Thank You for the small group of family that met us that night after graduation was over.

Awww, what a great idea! I love it and am glad you were able to do that.

I almost bought these about a month ago. I didn’t because they are not dishwasher safe. The plastic seemed on the cheaper side and assumed they would warp and melt if I did put them on the dishwasher top rack.

I found these at my store. Clear ones were marked at $1 each. Purple ones were on clearance for….$1. Weird.

I never put plastic in my dishwasher anyway, plastic never dries like the rest of the dishes and don’t want to worry about stuff flying around inside anyway. Just as easy to hand wash.

Does anyone know where I can find the purple in bulk?

I bought these a few years ago, can’t find them now without a strap on top. We used them with the kids to make oil and water bottles. I wish I could find them again for the new batch of kiddos in the family.
