  I figured out why I didn’t get the offer:
  You have to link to a NEW account, meaning if you previously linked to that account already, even if it’s been disconnected, you will not get the offer. So for example: If you previously linked your Amazon Prime account, disconnected it at some point, and now you try to link it again, you won’t get the offer.
