   I downloaded the cvs app to my phone and then had to call customer care in order to get my extracare card # because I did not know it… Because I just put in my phone number to get my rewards… And they have done away with the cards…But you will need your extracare rewards # in order to link to your card… So you have to link your extracare card # to the cvs app thats downloaded… Then I had to go back into my cvs account and link my extracare card to my cvs account… Then it was added..
   So I went and got my freebies along with some other items I needed.
   1. CVS app download then link extracare card #
   2. Regular CVS account sign in and link extracare card # or vice versa…

  Mine too Rae. I just use my iPad. It’s annoying but I get the coupons in the app this way! Hope that helps!

    I placed an order online for the free items along with other items as well and within 2 min of receiving my order confirmation they cancelled my entire order saying due to high demand they cannot fulfill my order. So frustrated since I used coupons and extra bucks and they always give a hard time refunding that. Besides getting through to Cvs customer service is the longest biggest hassle. I should’ve just gone to the store but now it removed both offers for the free items from my card and I can’t even go to the store to redeem anymore.
