Love seeing this promotion back again. It is a favorite of my fam. The kids love when the books onlinee in the mail.

  2. riepenhoff

I did this last year and donated the books to our local middle school! Great program!

  3. Rn404

I love when they do this, the books are good quality and great selection…I have a soon to be 7th grader

  4. mnemosyne786

This is my favorite promo of the year, but I have to admit, this years books seem to be a lot of repeats and not nearly the selection of years past.

  5. lindsaym

Does anyone know if this works for pick up orders? Since I won’t have a regular receipt. I did this last year and it was great! Thanks!

    • Diane

I was wondering the same thing for delivery orders. I have been using Shipt and Instacart and you don’t get a regular receipt. You get an email with pictures and prices.

    • Mallory Scarborough

Last year I submit a Walmart grocery pickup order, and I was able to receive the book credits! I had originally selected Great Value, but was upgraded to Kelloggs due to stock.

  6. liz

Thank you so much for posting this! I recently joined the rewards program so I’ve never done this promotion before but it looks like it will be great to get books to give to my niece or best friend’s son 😊

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

How sweet! You’re very welonlinee, Liz!

    Do Good and Save Money
Even if you don’t eat cereal or eat participating cereals you can still purchase some and donate to your local food pantry and use your receipt for the free books. You can help those in need and pay less than the cost of the books themselves. I know many food pantries are very low on food.
I was able to ship each book to any address not just my own address.

Can I buy 10 products on one receipt? Or do I need to space them out?

    • rebecca

it doesn’t matter. you can have one or more on the same receipt. when you submit it, they look at it and issue the correct number of credits to your account to be exchanged for books. you can choose to save up your credits and choose 10 books at once, or get a couple at a time, as soon as each credit is put in your Kellogg’s account.

  9. liz

Is anyone else having trouble with this? I have submitted 2 different receipts and both were rejected but I did receive points on my account for the product just not the book credit. I checked the participating products and both I submitted receipts for were listed. I guess I will email customer service to see why. I just was curious if anyone was having a similar issue. It’s my first time doing this so might have something wrong

    • misskazoua16

Yes, I am having issues too. Even confirm the UPC code. I tried chat, didn’t help. Will have to email CS.

    • Tara

I had trouble last year and email customer service and I was able get the credit for the books.

    • Terry Curran

I have 1000 points but no book credits. Emailed customer service. They received my email but have not told me how to get the five book credits.

      • Regina

You have to make sure you are uploading to the free book site and not just the Kellogg point site. There is a difference.

    • amanda

I have the same issue..got points instead of book and they haven’t responded. Good luck. Oh and my credit says 1 but doesn’t let me purchase a book. This promo doesn’t work.

      • Kathy

Mine says 1 credit and I can’t use it. I get a message each time saying I don’t have enough credit.

        • Regina

I think this just helps you keep track of how many you have ordered so far.

  10. Teasha

Mine was rejected the first time. I had to retake the receipts picture and resubmit. It said to have all four corners in the picture. You are allowed to send in sections of the receipt. After I did that it was approved and my books are on there way.

  11. Anna

Will the box have to say promo for free book? Or any participating product will do?

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Hi Anna! Here are the details I found on those that qualify –
      ” BUY any participating Kellogg’s®, Kashi®, Kellogg’s® Pop-Tarts®, Kellogg’s®
      Eggo®, Pringles® or Cheez-It® product (“Participating Products” – see
FeedingReading.online for full list of Participating Products) from 5/25/20 – 9/30/20
(“Offer Period”) at a participating retail store (“Qualifying Purchase”). ”

      Hope this helps!

  12. Suzanne mahan

I have an iPad and can’t uplòad the receipt. also when I get an access number I Am told it no works. help!

    • linda s foltz

Is there an address to use to send in the receipt to order the free book

  13. llnda foltz

Is there an address to order the free book by mail…..

    • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

I read the fine print and there is no address. The whole process is done online.

  14. Aditi

is this promotion, one per household or per person?

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Hi there! Here are the details on that – “Purchases can be made in multiple transactions with a maximum of five receipts per day”. Hope this helps!

  15. Kathy

I am still having trouble using my book credits. It says that I have 7 book credits but when i try to use one of the credits, I get a message that says, “Sorry, you don’t have enough points/credits.”

    • Allyson

Even though I earned and used my 8 book credits, it still shows that I have 8. Have you already used them? I think it is there to show how many out of 10 you have earned, whether you have used them or not.

  16. Kathy

So, I got my account straightened out and ordered about 7 books. 4 came this weekend, individually sent and 2 of them were bent and damaged. I hate to onlineplain about a free book but I had hoped to gift these. Anyone else have this happen

  17. Sharon Benton

I love this program. I was able to get 10 books to use as gifts for Christmas. Are they continuing this promotion? I didn’t see anything on the page when I looked in January 2021.

    • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

I’m not seeing anything, yet. If we do, we’ll post it.

  18. BARBARA J BALDWIN

I have tried several times to get books BUT there seems to be a problem. (1) I need a list of available books I can pick. (2) The dates always seem to be over when the cereals are purchased.

  19. Sara Francine

I really hope this is real

  20. Shawna L Welch

I submitted a receipt a couple days ago and just got my, “receipt got approved”, email today. But I had 2 Kellogg’s purchases on that receipt but only was credited for one and they were the same item. Does anyone know if I should contact them or what I did wrong? Thanks

    • Jessica (Hip Sidekick)

Hey Shawna! I would reach out to their customer service to check if both items were qualifying, or if their system noticed each of them on one receipt. Hoping you’re able to get your credit on the additional item soon! 🤞📚
