I literally have a bachelors in nutrition and am getting my doctorate to beonlinee a Chiropractor. Dairy is: milk, eggs, yogurt, butter and cheese. While internet often says eggs aren’t technically dairy, at most schools of nutrition they are considered dairy. While there is some grey area, eggs are just as inflammatory as other dairy products and are often grouped with dairy. These noodles either way are not a healthy choice. Make zucchini noodles for your best dietary options. These noodles have xanthen gun in them which in excess can cause gastrointestinal issues. So all around, these noodles are crap.

According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, dairy refers to “all fluid milk products and foods made from milk.” This includes milk, yogurt, cheese, ice cream, and butter. Eggs are not included. They belong in the meat, poultry, fish, and eggs category, and are considered animal products.

    • Amy

they are not. just because they are in the dairy isle does not make them dairy. it is certainly possible to have both an egg and dairy allergy, but they are not grouped into one.

    • SB
