   Any ideas on how to contact Home Depot customer service? I ordered this and just received it. The product description says it includes a 2-tier stainless-steel rack, 4 stainless-steel skewers and a baking pan but I did not receive any of those accessories and the box it came in does not have them listed either. I’ve tried calling and waiting on hold, but not been able to actually get through to speak with anyone.

  Finally got through after 90 minutes on hold – the agent told me she had to transfer me because she wanted me to call the manufacturer about it but couldn’t find the number. I was disconnected so the call survey came up and even that wouldn’t work right, kept saying it couldn’t recognize my response!

   Anyway, just realize it is unlikely you will get the accessories if you order this from Home Depot – at least not without some legwork. I did find the website for Modernhome and inquired about the missing accessories, so maybe I will be able to get them there.
