A Cotton Candy-Dipped Cone Is Now Available at Dairy Queen
Dairy Queen’s dipped cones feature the chain’s famous vanilla soft serve dipped in a liquid coating that hardens into a crunchy shell as it dries. Up until now, the crunchy shell was available in fan-favorite chocolate and the recently-added butterscotch flavor.
Occasionally, DQ has also added limited-edition flavors to its selection of coatings, like the orange shell featured on last summer’s Dreamsicle Dipped Cone. Now, after months of speculation, Dairy Queen has finally confirmed their newest flavor of Dipped Cone, and it’s already rolling out nationwide!
The new Cotton Candy Dipped Cone features Dairy Queen’s vanilla soft serve dipped in a sweet cotton candy coating. The cotton candy shell onlinees in same dreamy blue as DQ’s drink cups, for a photo-worthy treat!
Although it’s listed as “onlineing soon” on the restaurant’s website, it’s already appearing on menus nationwide. We were able to find it at our local Dairy Queen, where we sampled the small cone for $2.79. There’s no indication that the Cotton Candy Dipped Cone is a limited-time treat, so hopefully, it’s here to stay!
