      • Momof3superkids

      • ashley simmers

Sorry, meant a little more than $3 not less!!

    • Detra Dennis

Can you use the mailer.onli e with the 4.95 sale?

  2. Shy

Just a heads up. Their shipping is the worst I’ve experienced this year & I do ALL my shopping online. I don’t think the stocking stuffers will arrive before our holiday trip. I have received several emails over several days that my order is “almost” ready to ship. Very disappointed & I would think twice about ordering from them again.

    • Kim Tennyson

      Yes!!!!!

    • Olga

Same here! I ordered candles and they haven’t shipped yet

  3. Mum

I need scent suggestions for my neighbor. She’s mid 40’s

Also for a 12 year old and a 16 year old. I’m afraid mt scent choices won’t be right for teenagers.

    • Robin

My grandma always loved Sweet Pea. It’s not overly strong and has such a lovely scent.

    • Crystal

I’ve got 3 teens. They all love the aromatherapy line, particularly the stress relief. Don’t stress too hard though, BBW will let them exchange with no questions asked.

    • Kb

Mid 40s -Snowflakes and Cashmere. Cactus Flower. Teens -Into the night, a thousand wishes

      • hipsaver2

Yeah, I smelled the Snowflakes and Cashmere and it’s a nice scent. Not overpowering.

    • J

Frosted Coconut & Winterberry good holiday scents not overpowering. Beautiful Day is also a good one for anytime, probably for the 40 yr old. This one is just a nice soft scent, not sweet.

    • Monique

My teenage daughter loves the winter apple

    • Sarah

I’m in my 40s and I love love love the INTO THE NIGHT line! My teen daugther loves all the fruit and winter/snow smelling lines.

  4. April

What happened to the 3.95 body wash sale this year. I have been waiting since Oct. I hope this didn’t replace that. I don’t want to pay $1.00 more per body wash the cheapo in me won’t let me lol.

    • J

Thanks for the tip. Cheapo here as well, AKA smart shopper. If I find a deal, I too won’t ever pay more for that item again. That’s why these store make millions off of us, because the mark up of prices is so extremely high. The price it takes to make an item versus how much they’re selling it to us the consumer.

    • Jennifer Lancaster

that sale was in Nov. around the third week

  5. Ann

I have a twenty percent off q that expired on the 11th. I thought I would be able to use it today, since bbw allows an expired q after three days but Manager in store kept telling me they count the day it expires as one. So technically the q expired yesterday. Is this correct? I thought it’s three days after it expires which would make today the 14th,the third day. I paid and left. But was really hoping for a better deal with using the 20 percent off.

    • J

Sounds like either that manager out right lied. Call Bath & Body Works corporate office to find out the truth. That way next time this manager tries to cheat you, you can have some good back up. When coupons have let’s say 12-28-19 expiration date, this means when that stores closes on 12-28-19 is when that coupon is no longer good. Therefore, why would this manager count the date of expiration. It should’ve been the 3 days after that.

      • jessie

It’s up to the store to honor the 3 day policy or not. Often they don’t when there is a big sale going on.

      • kim

They would not accept the 20 percent off at my store today.

      • Ann

So I called customer service and I guess the lady I had is very new or she just had no clue what’s happening. She says she’s never heard of a coupon being accepted 3 days after expiry and she went on and on to tell me about that. I asked to speak to a supervisor she put me on hold and came back after 10 minutes telling me because of this crazy sale going on today that all the supervisors are really busy and she can’t get one for me. Anyways it was a dead end I didn’t get anywhere. It’s just odd that some people are able to use it and others are not.

      • Sarah

Next time I would ask the cashier to at least try scanning the barcode for the coupon. If it doesn’t work, it will simply display a message that the coupon is not found. At my store, we will accept coupons 3 days after expiration (with the exception of 1 day only email coupons… that is corporate policy), but the customer must have the barcode to be scanned as were don’t keep the codes after the expiration date.

        Hope this helps

    • Angie

On my 20% coupon the fine print states it ended on the 11th at 5:59am. So the third day ended this morning at 6am.

    • mgna

The 20% email coupon expired in-store on Dec 10 and online by 5:59am Dec 11th.
3 day grace period would have been by closing Dec 13 (Friday). If you were to include 5:59am Dec 11th, the 3 day grace period would be 5:59am Dec 14.

  6. cregar23

What about the hand soap sale? Isn’t it usually the Saturday after the candle sale?

  7. kslay20

I went this morning and got bath bombs and scrubs as well. Such a great deal since the scrubs are normally $16.50!

  8. dwackermann

I have a physical coupon for Bath and Body Works for $5 off $20, $10 off $30, or $15 off $40. Expires 12/15. I could take a picture of it. Looking for small amazon gc.
    [email protected]

    • Heather

Stores require the physical mailer coupons in order to use them (they don’t accept pictures of them). The only coupons they will allow digital copies of are the online coupons

  9. hip2jen

I have a 10 off 30 from the app but I’m not sure if our store participates in the rewards program yet. Will they honor it? TIA

  10. Hayley

If any one has any extra coupon mailers, I would greatly appreciate it. You can email me a screenshot at hylyjy987 at aol dot online. Thanks so much!! For some reason I stopped getting the mailers!! ☹️

    • jessie

They do not accept screenshots of coupons. They need to see the actual coupon. That is corporate policy. You can try but that is policy not to accept them.

  11. Kruiz528

Can you use $10/$30 coupon on this deal in store?

    • Misty

      I did.

  12. lena

I would appreciate a $10 off $30 if someone has one to share.
    Lena5001 at yahoo.online

    • Heather

Stores do not accept photos of mailer coins. You must have the physical coupon with you in order to use it. The only digital copies of coins they accept are the email coupons.

  13. ticklemaddie

Kroger has coupon of $10 off 2 BBW GCs. If you buy 2 GCs minimum of $25 each, you’ll get $10 off. Pay $40 for $50 worth of GCs

  14. Grateful

I couldn’t use the 20% off in store either, but used Fluz app & received 3% cash back immediately. They have a lot of participant merchants & you just buy a gift card with your linked credit or debit card & get a code with a UPC symbol to be scanned by the cashier. If you use my below referral code, it would be highly appreciated. https://joinfluz.app.link/GLADYSGAR6858BE89

  15. Shonna

Anyone that was in the store today notice if the candles were $15.50 today? They are that price online but if not in the store I was going to just order them online instead of going into the store.

    • MrsBK

My store had the candles for $15.50. Very limited selection though.

  16. Casey

Just got back from the total nightmare of our local store, but I used the mailer for $15/$40 AND the free item (they are onlinebinable). Got a bunch of stuff for $33.xx and had a $25 giftcard from a previous year!

    • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

      Well, that worked out well!

  17. Marcy

    Online sale is over.

    • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

Thank you, Marcy! I just updated the post.

  18. chantelrebecca1

BX shoppers can get hand soap 5/$15 on Monday the 16th. They have new deals every day this month online only.

  19. Mimi

Unfortunately I didn’t have coupons to use but, however, paid via the Ibotta app gift card thing to get 5% back (in store).
Anyways, as I showed the cashier the barcode she immediately said they don’t accept coupons today, all while just a couple minutes prior the cashier next to her accepted a coupon 🤔🤦‍♀️ Told her, barcode is not a coupon, it’s a gift card. Just found it super strange. Seriously people, at least be on the SAME page in the SAME store!
