   Just a heads up, I bought the Funtainer thermos from Target.online and it didn’t onlinee with a printed receipt like most orders from Target do. I tried submitting a screen shot of the receipt found on my Target app, but my submission for the rebate was denied.

   YMMV…
   Their system doesn’t appear to be able to accept online receipts (crazy that they would run an online promo with that being the case!) but once you submit and get rejected you can call 1-877-312-0676 (Says Hollywood Movie Money but stay on the line until a person answers) and get someone to manually review it.

   Also it is silly, but make sure that you are putting a star next to the item as required – even if it is the only item on the receipt.

   I just did this deal with my H2S email mystery code too 😉

   I got rejected recently for the Frozen 2 Suave fandango code too because Walmart printed only like half a receipt and even tho it showed the products and date and price paid, it didn’t have the Walmart logo on the top of it. I agree with the other onlinementers. These onlinepanies are getting ridiculous when it onlinees to accepting marketing offers THEY put out. Good luck everyone on your rebates. Fingers crossed!

  I had the same exact thing happen. I clicked on the contact us button, explained the situation and requested they reconsider. It took awhile, but they did approve the Walmart receipt.

  Wal-Mart receipts from self checkout do not print the store name or logo. They only print when you go through a line with an actual person checking. ???

    Target has buy 2 get 1 free select Disney items. I bought 2 Frozen Thermos Funtainers and 1 frozen girls pajamas for around $30 then submitted my paper receipt and received a fandango movie ticket voucher. Since I had 2 Thermos Funtainers on my receipt I’m going to submit receipt again and see what happens.

    I did buy online at kohl.online and pick up in store. I did two different transactions. Both were denied. The email stated a full picture of the receipt was not received. I definitely included a clear picture of the entire receipt.

    I went to Target and tried to get a printed receipt and they said they couldn’t do that because Target.online is technically considered a different store.

    I went in yesterday to kohl’s and they returned the bottles and resold them to me so I got the printed receipt. I resubmitted the receipt and it got denied!! I’m super frustrated. The receipt said “rebate receipt” and had the paperwork with it to do a mail in rebate. Super annoyed. I emailed them but haven’t heard back. Is anyone else having issues?

    Follow the advice of Ann above. Call this # that she gave for Hollywood Movie Money 1-877-312-0676. I did this and a person answered right away, and is sending my receipt that were already on file to corporate for manual review. All you need when you call is the e-mail address you used when you submitted your receipts, and they will be able to see what you submitted. I hope this helps.

    My DH got his approved by corporate, & it only took a day. I haven’t gotten mine approved yet. I’ve called three times now. It is frustrating. I probably won’t be doing anymore Fandango promotions after this.
