   Question. I see it says a new form must be filled out for each rebate, but can it all be on one receipt or should they be purchased separately to get a receipt for each. Also, if I buy three, can I mail them together or should each go in a separate envelope?

   Purchased Black & Decker Blender Nov. 28, 2019. Mailed the necessary information for a rebate. Still have not received any word about my rebate. What can I do to find out about this rebate. I did not receive a tracking number. I did input my phone number and email address. Said they cannot find this information.

  I did mine and it never showed up in tracking, but did onlinee to my house. If you don’t get yours, I am wondering if it was lost in the mail.
