Can someone please forward me the email? Lately I am getting so frustrated for not receiving any emails from BBW. I have contacted them so many times and went in-store to sign up but not avail. I was hoping it would get straightened out before next room spray deal. 😩 I would really appreciate if someone can forward the email at

You don’t need the email, just tell them you can’t pull it up and the store should honor it! If they refuse ask for the customer service #! (1.800.395.1001) These are called viral emails and if mentioned, the store should honor it. The onlinepany sends the store a generic email with the barcode that is to be scanned when the C can not access their offer. HTH

I never get these emails. I’ve gone in and checked my settings and I’m supposed to get them.

Yes, you can. I just bought two candles and two room sprays, used the $10 off $30 coupon, and a scent plug holder using the $13.95 free item coupon with purchase and paid $20.89 for everything.
