   Thanks for posting this! I had a free shipping off pop up for me and also $2 off if I subscribed to their emails so my total with tax was only $12.59! I do now see a onlinement on your site that they aren’t great for wider feet but now that I’ve already submitted my order I hope that they fit!

  As mentioned above, these are not a great fit for wider feet. And although this brand is not great quality I was still willing to order a few boots at $13.99 but I was not able to get free shipping so I’m passing on this deal.

    I have never been able to make Zulily work. When I click on the boots, it takes me to a page with itty bitty pictures and words on the left and “Consider Yourself Hugged” merchandise. Every time. I even tried a different browser. Any suggestions?

    I’ll never buy shoes from Zulliy again. I just bought a pair of boots which didn’t fit and was charged $8.99 to send them back. This may have been because I got free shipping, but it’s a pretty penny to pay for trying on shoes.

  I agree…I buy a lot of different items from Zulily, but just don’t understand that return shipping fee. No, it’s not because you got free shipping on the boots. They charge that fee on all returns unless the item is damaged or not as described. I feel for you since you didn’t know that, it sure doesn’t make those shoes a very good deal. Especially since you just tried them on. Check out the Nordstrom Rack online, you can get some awesome deals on their clearance shoes.

  I just got an order in the mail today, and was sent an incorrect item. They still wanted to charge me an $8.99 fee to send the incorrect item back (my item is now out of stock so an exchange wasn’t an option). They ended up saying I could just keep/donate it and get a full refund, but if I were to send it back they’d have to charge the fee.
