   I work for the post office wouldn’t order from them online. Candles onlinee in shattered and just this morning we got another box from them with a soap leaking, the box was soaked. (Before anyone onlinees at the post office for this, they get dropped off to us from UPS this way and Bath and Bodyworks just puts everything in a box with no protective packaging).

  Yup, last time I ordered handsoaps one had leaked all over, same with a wallflower the time before (THAT was a nightmare). Not sure why I didn’t learn my lesson yet, the box always looks like someone played a game of kickball with it

  every time ive ordered they put into a plastic bag. but also you just contact bath & body works and they will refund or resend an item if damaged.

  I’ve had problems with the candles being broken and BBW ALWAYS replaces them and usually always throws in something extra for my trouble. Hands down the best customer service in existence.

   I ordered 2 candles from them. I was actually impressed with the packing. A type of “egg carton” that nestled the candles perfectly inside a sturdy B & B box that was inside of a regular mailing box. I guess you never know.

  The candles I ordered recently were packaged like this as well. All arrived in perfect condition. It was Yankee Candle that I’ve had issues with in the past with broken jars and banged up boxes.

   Was just in-store and all 3 wick candles are $10 off. The car scents are 3/$10 and I had a 20% off coupon from a mailer and a coupon for a free hand cream. 2 3-wick candles, 3 car refills and a hand cream for about $32 ☺️☺️

    I got 4 body sprays, 2 body creams, and the free 3 wick candle for $46.00 with free shipping. This will be the fourth package I’ve ordered just this month and I’ve had no problems with the shipping/packaging of any of them (hope I don’t start now!). 🙂
