Ive been waiting for the michaels one to onlinee back instock forever. I actually like it better than this one because of the pumpkin topper LoL! Might end up getting this one but still undecided :-/ .

    • Chris

I talked to customer service at Michaels about a month ago regarding the Halloween tree.
The gal said they would not be getting anymore of the Halloween trees in stock this season. This saved me time into looking online for this item.

      • *Angela-Miles*

Well shoot, thanks for letting me know. You saved me time also. That stinks, maybe they will have them again next year.

  2. Casey Meyers

My mom has a ceramic Christmas tree that she has had for years. Don’t know what year it is from though.

    • HBee

Yes Casey, I believe I will be inheriting one as well.

I purchased this a few weeks ago and terribly disappointed. You cant tell the bulbs are lit even at nighttime. Maybe it needs a stronger bulb than was included. Looks cute but buyer beware.

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Oh bummer! Sorry to hear they aren’t very bright. Thanks so much for the honest onlinement!

    • Shelley

I bought this one too and the bulb is not very bright. I bought some brighter ones through amazon though and now it is just fine

      • mrsbartels

Which ones did you buy, Shelley? Same issue for me, but the replacement bulb I bought from Hobby Lobby didn’t make a difference. :/

        • Shelley

So I just set them up today. I actually have both. I got the one from Michaels which was a pain cause I had to put these little plastic things on the ends of each “bulb” on order for them to stay in place. That one is way more yellow and purple but very cut. The one from best choice is more orange and purple. I bought a “nightlight” bulb that is 15 watts. The amazon reviews said most people were using them for scentsy candles but they didn’t melt the wax. I didn’t care about that. I think I would like them both a little brighter if possible, so I just ordered some more bulbs that are 25 watts that I’m afraid might be a little too big. I’m crossing my fingers. Here’s the link to the 15 watt https://www.amazon.online/gp/product/B00U90SW42/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

  4. Jenifer

Even after the onlinements about it not being very bright I still need this! Ordered! 😆

    • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

Enjoy your new Halloween tree, Jenifer!

  5. Susan

Anyone else bummed how expensive this is? I love it but don’t think I would pay more than $20-25. 🙁

    • JenniferS

Susan I agree with you. Too much $$ for what this is.

    • Brooke

      Ditto
