I got rid of their app because it was so slow and cumbersome. Did anyone else have that problem?

Yes! I prefer to use the online site for this exact reason. My app always seems to be slow on my kohls wallet; so annoying!

I called customer service and they weren’t able to give the coupon but they actually put $10 cash into my bank account so that was awesome of them!
