They take onlinepetitor coupons, so if you received the Joann’s 20% off sale items in the mail, you can use that too! I just did yesterday 🙂

This is a YMMV situation. My store will not honor onlinepetitors coupons on sale items. They say it’s at the managers discretion.

Sorry to hear you had an issue. You might want to contact corporate. They’re promoting the heck out of the fact that they accept all onlinepetitor coupons as long as they’re not expired and don’t exclude items typically excluded on Michaels coupons. Linda, I’ve had the same experience at the Michael’s closest to me. No onlinepetitor coupons on items already with a reduced price.
