   I bought my Versa Fitbit last year after Hip2Save reonlinemended it. It’s cute, looks a lot like Apple watch… But after about 4-months it disconnected from my phone and wouldn’t reconnect, at all. Of course Kohl’s refused a return because it was past 60 days. So, it’s only a plain watch now. Expensive, plain watch. So, now I’m afraid to chance a new smart watch – of any brand…

  Had an excellent experience with Fitbit customer service. My watch was irritating my wrist. After having it a year, they reimbursed me my full purchase price. Shipped it back to them free. I had access to my receipt online, so everything worked out well.

  I’ve had that happen before. I find if I let the watch die onlinepletely then charge it, it corrects the issue. I have also restarted my phone which resolved it a different time. Just sharing what worked for me.

  Yes, this happens to my Fitbit as well, but I got it for half price @ $79.99 last year through an amazon deal. For me, I use it for tracking steps and fitness so it’s still worth it, however for calls or texts, yes it does reset after charging fully sometimes I find, but the phones right there, so it’s not a deal breaker.
