I put these up in my kitchen around two years. I cleaned the walls and followed the reonlinemended instructions. At first I loved them and they looked great. That lasted for about a year and they since have been peeling off. I wish I would’ve spent a little bit more and purchased real tile back splash since I am about to have to redo all of it again anyways and will be going that route this time. I will say they don’t damage the walls when you are done so if you are a renter or a college student looking to temporarily upgrade your place these would work good for that.

Darn! Thanks so much for letting us know how they held up for you, Brittany. Good to know!

We put these up in our kitchen 2-3 years ago (I have 3 kids and my memory is horrible). They have held up surprisingly well even though there is a section behind our sink. We need a kitchen renovation that involves moving plumbing so this has bought us some time and kept our kitchen looking updated. There are some areas where a small piece is peeling a tiny bit. I had to end on an open wall so made a diy end piece with a strip of tiles. It’s not perfect but it works.

Does anyone know of peel and stick accent tiles? I am thinking of framing them as inexpensive art work.
