  2. Megan

What’s the difference between the duo and the duo nova?

  3. E

That’s an amazing price!!! We paid like $80 on Black Friday two years ago. I love mine and use it all the time.

    • Liza (Hip Sidekick)

I agree, E! This price is AWESOME! So happy to hear you’ve loved your purchase! 🙂

    • Lizzie

I agree!! I paid 70ish on Black Friday last year. I use my griddle more than my instant pot but I like it for chicken. Minimum effort.

  4. Ashley

What’s your fav instant pot recipe? I got mine w a H2S deal several months ago but haven’t used it yet. I’m kinda scared of it ha!

    • Sher

      Me too!😩

      • S

Me 3….it’s on the counter and I keep just using my regular pots n pans.

Whole chicken: put one cup water in instant pot. Put trivet in. Put seasoned chicken on top(however you want to season it. I usually use salt/pepper/onion/garlic. 6 min per pound plus 2 minutes. Natural release. Shred meat, put bones back in pot with 6cups water, onion, celery(I usually use the tops that you would normally cut off and throw away). Set pot for 2 hours for bone broth. Then I make chicken soup!

      • Californiagirl

Love these tips! Does it onlinee with a trivet? If not, can you share which one you use?

    • Vivian

  6. Sandy

Whats the difference between this and a crockpot?

    • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

This is a pressure cooker. It cooks faster and under high pressure where the slow cooker is an all-day cooker.

  7. Californiagirl

This is out of stock in store and online 🙁 Does anyone know what stores might price match?

    • Susan Crawford

I was in Macy’s over the weekend and in the clearance section was Bella 6qt version of the instant pot. It was $59.99. Now this was in Mishawaka, In. You might want to check and see if it is on line at Macy’s.online. I am still waiting for it to go lower in store since it’s only my husband and i.

    • AMY HARRIS

      • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)
