  It’s in-store only. They were signed-in store for the $10 gift card. Doesn’t seem to be available online. It worked at my local target in CA.

  Just did it and I got a $10 GC back. On these offers, it doesn’t matter how you pay. My guess is they will pull this deal soon, tho.

  Just do two separate transactions. Use the first gift card to pay for the second transaction and you out of pocket is only about $.18

    My Target in Biloxi, MS has been out of stock since this deal started. Not driving 75 miles to nearest store which defeats the purpose of the gift card.
